Ghisellini Architetti wins second prize at the international design competition for the construction of a champagne bar in Paris, on a fantastic site along the River Seine, just very close to the renowned “Pont Des Arts”.

FLAMINGO, the runner-up GA proposal, imagines a floating crystal body, a sort of panoramic flying observation tower standing on its legs such as the iconic water bird. In this way people will be safe even in case of flooding danger.
