Slice, the project by GHISELLINI ARCHITETTI for the reconstruction of the “Giovanni Tonini” mountain refuge, won an honorable mention in the related design competition organized by the Trento Mountaineering Association.
The project proposes an innovative reinterpretation of the refuge’s archetype, creating a contemporary image in which technological advances allow for a radical reinterpretation of traditional features, while maintaining the building’s ability to harmoniously integrate with its surroundings.
