Ghisellini Architetti is behind the (currently top secret) revamping and makeover project that will ultimately create a campus for corporate activities dedicated to marketing, advertising, and contemporary communications.

Communication and marketing are no longer auxiliary functions but strategic infrastructures. In a saturated world, value is not only created but recognized through narrative, positioning, and clarity. What is not communicated does not exist.

Today, the ability to frame meaning, build identity, and activate attention defines competitive advantage more than the product itself. Markets are no longer driven solely by performance or price, but by perception, trust, and coherence. Communication is not decoration; it is construction. Marketing is not persuasion; it is alignment between vision and audience. Those who master language, timing, and context do not simply sell, they shape relevance and, ultimately, reality.

The project involves work on behalf of major international companies on a multi-level building in the urban fabric of Milan, covering a total area of ​​1,200 square meters. Construction of the spaces is underway and will be completed by 2026, with the creation of corporate graphics and the creation of new integrated furniture systems.
